Who’s in Your Chair?

You?
Is it your whole self?
Or is it only part of you?

As a woman in leadership, you are unique. You think differently. You do things differently.
It can feel lonely…fake…not enough. Sometimes you feel left out. Stretched too thin. Sometimes you want more.

Join other executive women who understand the challenges of bringing their “whole self” to work. Women who want to broaden their skills, multiply their influence and grow stronger together.

We’ll look at some key ABC’s.
Authentically integrating our whole selves.
Balancing our executive presence with our femininity – unapologetically.
Connecting at a deep level with ourselves and other women who share this desire for realness. And wholeness.

We’ll consider the intersection of strengths and gifts, priorities, passion and ambition with our families and personal wellbeing. We’ll look at essential leadership topics. We’ll hear from experts and learn from each other. We’ll strengthen essential leadership skills. Touch on relational topics. Build deep connections. And we’ll emerge stronger and more energized.

Lead Wholly for a wholistic approach to your life and leadership.
